Lise Renaud tells a little story
Hi my name is Lise Renaud. I just have a little story to tell. I came here a couple weeks ago looking for a a wedding dress for my future daughter in law who lives up north in a remote area and she doesn't have access to any stores so I as a good future mother in law decided to come and I came and this when ... I came into this store this wonderful young lady named Taylor was here and she had the biggest smile She said: "May I help you" and I told her the predicament ... future daughter in law, pregnant, getting marrying in June, has a limited budget and she found the most beautiful dress because I had the picture of my future daughter in law was interested in and it was so close to this dress so Taylor went on to the computer and phoned out if it comes in white or beige she did, it did, she told me: "Yes we would have it on time". She said me how we should have her measured and I would come in the next day to order it and I did. And I just came today to say thank you to Taylor cause were so happy.

When she was aware of my previous mishap and rendered it 'unfixable', she personally took me upstairs and recommended a new dress. She instilled confidence in me about the choice and went above and beyond to ensure that the new dress would be tailored and ready to go in record time. Linda was also extremely helpful acting as a cheerleader and helping to co-ordinate logistics. On the wedding day, I couldn't believe the number of compliments about the dress and I am so thrilled with the way it turned out. My day was made perfect through the hard-working and accomodating staff at the Etobicoke Best for Bride, and in particular, Laryssa & Linda.

Hello,
I loved both of my visits to your store. Denise & Donna were wonderful and I found their comments on the dresses very helpful. The atmosphere at the store is very easy going and not rushed like the big city stores where you have your time slot and move on.... I also love the "walk down the aisle" experience you definitely get to see your dress from every view point.

Just thought you would like to see pictures of the dresses that you altered. The dresses were perfect. You can see Rebecca's maid of honour dress along with the other bridesmaids. You can also see what my daughter Candice's wedding dress looked like.
The wedding was on August 14th and it was a most beautiful day.
