Lise Renaud tells a little story
Hi my name is Lise Renaud. I just have a little story to tell. I came here a couple weeks ago looking for a a wedding dress for my future daughter in law who lives up north in a remote area and she doesn't have access to any stores so I as a good future mother in law decided to come and I came and this when ... I came into this store this wonderful young lady named Taylor was here and she had the biggest smile She said: "May I help you" and I told her the predicament ... future daughter in law, pregnant, getting marrying in June, has a limited budget and she found the most beautiful dress because I had the picture of my future daughter in law was interested in and it was so close to this dress so Taylor went on to the computer and phoned out if it comes in white or beige she did, it did, she told me: "Yes we would have it on time". She said me how we should have her measured and I would come in the next day to order it and I did. And I just came today to say thank you to Taylor cause were so happy.

Hi Katarina,
Just thought you would like to see pictures of the dresses that you altered. The dresses were perfect. You can see Rebecca's maid of honour dress along with the other bridesmaids. You can also see what my daughter Candice's wedding dress looked like.
The wedding was on August 14th and it was a most beautiful day.

I would like to say how much I enjoyed using your company to order my bridesmaids dresses from.
From the first contact I had immediate responses from you with answers to my enquiries regarding sizes, colour, cost delivery- everything was answered that day or the day after due to the time difference.
When I called the shop I got a very good response as well- cannot fault anything about the ordering process.
Very straight forward and easy to do as you supported me and helped me with all my enquiries.
I was kept in contact the whole time waiting for my dresses so there was no worry that they were not going to be here on time - which is a bit of a concern when I order something from the internet and especially something so important but I felt very confident I had chosen the best company to buy them from.
When the dresses came I was delighted with them! They were absolutely perfectly made and even more lovely than in the picture! They were slightly crushed as I had 2 dresses in a small box but the creases fell out overnight and the dresses were stunning. My bridesmaids loved them and looked absolutely beautiful on our day
I was so proud of them and everyone commented at how beautiful they looked. You can see in the pictures just how lovely they were.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Olga throughout my order and she could not have been more helpful and more prompt at replying to my emails and enquiries. I'm not sure who I spoke to on the phone but they were helpful too.
Overall I experienced an absolute delightful customer service and excellent quality of dresses and made our wedding day just that extra bit special

Hello,
I loved both of my visits to your store. Denise & Donna were wonderful and I found their comments on the dresses very helpful. The atmosphere at the store is very easy going and not rushed like the big city stores where you have your time slot and move on.... I also love the "walk down the aisle" experience you definitely get to see your dress from every view point.

Picking my wedding dress from Best for Bride was completely painless. I was a little discouraged at first and wasn't loving the dress. Everyone wanted me to choose when the sales associate Natalia asked me if I had tried on a certain dress. When I responded "no", she told me to try it on and that it was going to be my dress. She was right!! I was crying before I left the changeroom, and once my mom and wedding party saw it and started crying I knew I had found the dress. I kept losing weight leading up until the wedding and alterations was great, fitting the dress exactly how I wanted it. When I walked down the aisle and my husband started to cry I knew then just how perfect the dress was. Thank you so much for making me feel like a princess on my wedding day!!!!
