While the stress can be tempting enough to eat a whole bag of cookies, fitting into your dress is imperative. There are a few things you can do to actually get in shape so that you look as stunning as you dreamed about since you were a girl. Get an accountability partner that will help you stay on track. Explain your goals to them and ask them to help you achieve those by reminding you and staying on you when you get off track. Getting a gym membership is not only great for the waistline, but working out can be a good way to relieve stress.
